Karma, Confessions and Holi happens to be the first Bollywood and Hollywood joint production with mainstream stars from both the film industry. Sushmita Sen , Randeep Hooda, Deepal Shaw and Suchitra Krishnamoorthi represent Bollywood while Drena De Niro world renowned supermodel and actress Naomi Campbell represent Hollywood .
