This year will also bring remakes of past success to include Sholay with Amitabh Bachchan , Don starring Shahrukh Khan , Saheb Biwi Aur Ghulam with Priyanka Chopra , and Shiva with Mohit Ahlawat.

On Thursday, Salman Khan pleaded innocence at his hearing for a case against him related to the poaching of black buck deer in Rajasthan back in 1998. The hearing lastet more then four hours. Salman appeared in court with Satish Shah and four others whom the police booked in Jodhpur Oct 11, 1998 under the Wildlife Protection Act for allegedly killing a deer and two black bucks at Ghoda farms and Bhawad.

It is the first animated work on legendary Amitabh Bachchan, produced by Jingle Tunes. The animated CD presents Big B singing his all-time hit song "Mere Paas Aao Mere Doston" from 80's hit 'Mr Natwarlal'. The animated version of this kid song was presented at "Children's Film Festival" at Hyderabad.

Mani Ratnam to direct a Hindi Film with Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai

Mani Ratnam has signed Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai to do a Hindi film with A.R.Rahman providing the music. Aishwarya Rai had made her screen debut with Mani's Iruvar and Abhishek Bachchan had worked with Mani on Yuva. Besides this, Aamir Khan and Mani Ratnam will team up together for the first time in a film to be produced by Bobby Bedi. The film will be an comedy and is scheduled to hit the floors in April next year.

Abhishek resumes shooting

Bollywood Movies, Latest News for Actor Abhishek Bachchan

On Monday morning Amitabh Bachchan was strolling in the lawns of his house 'Prateeksha' and waving to the swelling crowds outside. Meantime Abhishek Bachchan has resumed shooting in Jaipur for J.P. Dutta's lavish costume drama Umrao Jaan (2006), which also stars Aishwarya Rai.
Abhishek Bachchan performance in Bluff Master, has won him rave reviews and his next release will be Karan Johar's Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna.
