Sony introduces Bluetooth Car Stereo, First Blu-ray Disc Drive Burner, Hard Disk Drive Camcorders
Sony introduced Bluetooth Car Stereo model MEX-BT5000. MEX-BT5000 uses wireless Bluetooth® technology to connect to cellular phones and other devices, including portable music players that have Bluetooth connectivity. The MEX-BT5000 car stereo supports multiple codecs, including MP3, WMA and ATRAC® as well as audio CDs.
Sony also introduced Hard Disk Drive Camcorders with 60GB and 30GB capacity. The new camcorders will make it eaiser to capture the moments as it happens and then using the Handycam Station make it easy to transfer to the PC and/or watch on TV. 60GB DCR-SR80 model priced for about $800, 30GB DCR-SR60 for about $700 and 30GB DCR-SR40 model priced for about $600.
