Britney Spears filed for divorce from her husband Kevin Federline

Britney Spears , singer and entertainer, filed for divorce from her husband Kevin Federline on Tuesday Nov 7, 2006 siting irreconcilable differences. Britney has asked for both legal and physical custody of one-year old Sean Preston and two-month old Jayden James and shockingly going to provide spousal support even thou she is protected by a definitive pre-nuptial agreement.
