Elizabeth Hurley and her new husband, Arun Nayar may be prosecuted after the judge hear the testimony from local witnesses that the couple mocked Hindu traditions. A case has been filed by lawyer Hastimal Saraswat. The couple performed the Hindu wedding ceremony at a Rajasthan fort after they had already been married in a English castle per the Christian tradition. During the Hindu ceremony it seems thah the couple did not follow some of the Hindu tradition and that is what has sparked the local to file a complaint.

Ouch, he should have known better, but he might of been raised under a different culture and did it accidentally. The family probably feels embarrassed now.
