Wipro Buys Infocrossing

Wipro, an India-based software company, has expanded it's wings through a $600 million acquisition of Infocrossing, United States based infrastructure management services provider based in Leonia, N.J. This will give Wipro presence in the US to allow it to meet customers needs for data center that must be located within US. The acquisition is one of the largest by an Indian IT company in the USA.
