Thunderstruck by AC/DC on Rock Band

Rock band is one of the hottest interactive games to hit the gaming world in history. It continues to fly off shelves and sell millions of copies. Rock band is similar to other interactive music games, such as “Guitar Hero” and “Dance Dance Revolution.” Rock band consists of a drum set, a guitar, a microphone, and bass guitar. It is hands down one of the best rated, and most intense rhythm games on earth. It is available for all newer consoles as well, and even the PS2. The games come with core songs, but there are literally hundreds of songs available for download through your consoles internet connection.

One of the best expansions created for Rock band is the “AC/DC Live: Rock Band Track Pack”. It includes 18 tracks from one of AC/DC’s live shows in 1991. It features some of top ranked songs in hard rock history, and some older classics that are less heard of.

These tracks are played in order according to how they were played at the live shows, giving you a sense of truly being at the concert right on stage. The Rock Band peripherals encourage the game player to hit the right notes so that the sound comes out clear and precise, making it the ultimate game for addicted rhythm gamers. In addition to all of that, each song has over an hour and a half of game play that you can master and perfect. The AC/DC Live track pack comes on a separate disc, but after you purchase it you can transfer the list to your consoles hard drive permanently.

Since the AC/DC track pack is fairly new, it is still selling out at some locations. Rock Band lovers and die hard AC/DC fans can agree that this track pack does both parties justice, by creating awesome sounding music and an awesome game as well.
