Apple iPad Announced

After a month or rumors on the new announcement from Apple, today Apple made the big announcement by unveiling the Apple iPad , at an invite only event at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in downtown San Francisco, CA. The new Apple iPad will cost around $499 and comes with a 9.7-inch LCD touch-screen display with 1024x768 resolution which will makes use of the same multitouch technology found on the iPhone, and 1 Ghz custom Apple chip and will come in 16, 32, and 64GB capacities for $499, $599, and $699, respectively for the Wi-Fi version, the 3G wireless modem version will be available from AT\&T with a new plan options of $15 a month for 250MB of data, or unlimited for $29.99 a month. The iPad with just Wi-Fi will be shipping in the next 60 days, while the 3G version will be in the market in the next 90 days.
