Lindsay Lohan Out On Bail Date: 09/26/2010:
Lindsay Lohan who recently was sent to jail for failing a court mandated drug testdrug test. After her lawyers appealed that misdemeanor cases such as Lohan's are entitled to bail. Her bail was set to $300,000. Lohan was released once posting the bail with some conditions like she has to be fitted with alcohol-monitoring bracelet, refrain from drinking alcohol or possessing controlled substances.
