Bollywood queen Aishwarya Rai and the nations sensation, Sania Mirza moved on to the semi finals of the desifans Star Wars, Clash of desi stars contest. Aishwarya Rai knocked out beauty queen Sushmita Sen, Sania Mirza thrashed Mallika Sherawat and Priyanka Chopra knocked out Kareena Kapoor to move on to the semi finals of the womens catgeory.
The womens category was the one which had beauty queens Aishwarya Rai play versus Sushmita Sen and Aishwarya proved to the the popular one once again beating Sushmita 61 to 39. Hot Sania Mirza clashed against the sizzling Mallika Sherawat but Mallika was not a match for aggresive Sania. Sania Mirza had the most convincing victory gathering more then 80% of the votes. Sania Mirza looks to one of the favorites for the womens championship and is all set to set up a clash with Aishwarya Rai in the womens final. In the other womens quarter finals Kareena Kapoor lost to the Priyanka Chopra.
In the mens category Shahrukh Khan edged out Abhishek Bachchan in a tight contest. Dad Amitabh Bachchan knocked out Salman Khan pretty convincingly, Rahul Dravid proved he is much much popular than Saurav Ganguly. In a unique clash between Bollywood and Cricket Stars, Sachin Tendulkar beat Hrithik Roshan to move on to the semis.
