Tentative Release Date for Umrao Jaan Set

J P Dutta's Umrao Jaan with Former Miss World Aishwarya Rai to heat up the summer. The shooting of Umrao Jaan , a remake of the 80s hit Umrao Jaan starring Rekha, came to a completion last week in Jaipur. With only some final touches left to be completed over the next month, the movie is rest to release in May or June 2006. The movie star cast also includes Abhishek Bachchan (in the role of Nawaab Sultaan), Shabana Azmi, Suniel Shetty, Divya Dutta, Ayesha Julka, Bikram Saluja and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. In this movie, Aishwarya Rai will be dance to Alka Yagnik's mujra song before Abhishek Bachchan . Anu Malik is the music director of the film and has given brilliant ghazals.
